Co-founded by Sandy Webster from Fallbrook, California, Nessy Burgers began as a hamburger trailer operating on Caltrans property located on Highway 76 near interstate 15. Nessy's delicious burgers became a quick hit with truckers who frequented the I-15 between San Diego and Riverside County, and as time went by, the word got out and people started coming from all over Southern California to try Nessy's legendary hamburgers.
The restaurant was given the name Nessy Burgers, as a spinoff to the mysterious Loch Ness Monster in Scotland. But there is another mystery surrounding Nessy Burgers. That is, what makes Nessy Burgers delicious flavor is partly due to Nessy's special blend of herbs and spices that remains a secret today.
FROM OUR KITCHEN
1/2 pound of fresh ground beef, served on a toasted sesame seed bun, accompanied by American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and homemade Nessy sauce.
Serve on a French roll! Thinly sliced pieces of juicy steak topped off with tomato, onion, and a thin strip of mayo & A1.

The greatness of Nessy Burgers' flavor goes well beyond just having the perfect burger patty...Nessy serves its burgers with the most excellent of sauce recipes that is spread deliciously over the meat, complemented by the finest sesame seed bun from the bread man who calls on the restaurant every day. In addition, the burgers are topped with slices from perfectly-ripe juicy jumbo tomatoes, crisp sweet onions (grilled upon request) and only the finest leaves from hand-broken Iceberg lettuce. For the final touch, every Nessy burger comes with premium quality American cheese, and the best sliced jalapeno peppers and pickles are offered on the side. Umm Good!!
